Who can generate a certificate?
A signed-in user with an active Plus, Pro, or Ultra subscription. The server confirms current plan eligibility before the certificate form becomes available.
What does the certificate record?
It records the eligible plan, licensee, agreement date, optional company and project, intended commercial use, and a unique public verification code.
Does it guarantee exclusive copyright?
No. The certificate does not promise exclusive copyright, non-infringement, or rights beyond the applicable plan, provider, and service terms.
Does the certificate guarantee YouTube monetization or distributor approval?
No. It records paid-plan eligibility and the intended use listed on the certificate. YouTube, streaming services, distributors, and marketplaces apply their own monetization, AI-disclosure, copyright, and content policies, so acceptance remains a separate decision.
